Common questions

Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes — no time limit, no credit card required, no bait-and-switch. The free plan includes all integrations, verified metrics, period filters, projections, and embed widgets. We make money on Pro, not by crippling Free.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. One click in your dashboard under Settings → Plan & billing. No cancellation survey, no "are you sure?" loop. Your subscription ends at the next billing date and your page stays live on the Free plan.
What happens to my page if I cancel Pro?
Your page stays live with all your data, integrations, and history intact. You just lose the Pro-only controls: the TruStats branding badge comes back, metric visibility toggles are locked, and custom domain stops resolving.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy within the first 7 days, email us at growtlab@gmail.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
Can I pay annually to save?
Yes — pay $144/year and get 2 months free compared to monthly billing ($15 × 12 = $180). Use the Monthly/Annual toggle on the pricing card above.
Does the free plan show TruStats branding on my page?
Yes — the embed widget and public page footer include a small "Powered by TruStats" badge on the Free plan. Pro removes it entirely from both.
Can I use TruStats on multiple products?
Each account gets one public metrics page. If you're running multiple products, create separate accounts. We'll add multi-page support in the future.
